As you enter through the front door, you have your living room which leads out to your enclosed outside terrace. The living room has a large sofa perfect for relaxing and watching TV.
The enclosed terrace has glass curtains all around, these can all be opened to have a nice summer breeze flow through or closed to keep the winter sun’s heat in. This outside area has been very well maintained with terracotta flooring, a round dining table with 4 chairs and a sofa and two armchairs to watch the world go by.

Inside there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the master bedroom has tall fitted wardrobes, two double doors which lead out to the enclosed terrace area and bedside tables. The master bedroom also has its own en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower combo.
The spare bedroom also has tall fitted wardrobes and natural light coming in from the south-facing window to the side.
The spare bathroom is just to the side of the spare bedroom and has a standing shower.

The kitchen comes fully kitted with a dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge freezer and in the utility room, the washing machine.
There is air conditioning throughout the property with a duct system going to all the bedrooms and living area as well as central heating.
